Hello, and welcome to my enchanted little nook of the internet ♡. My name is Fayette la Fleur, but you may call me Faye! I'm an all-around creative with a particular fondness for anything of whimsy and fantasy, and I wish to share the magic I experience, inspire others with my imaginative artwork, and encourage everyone to find adventure, no matter where you look... Child-like wonder and curiosity guide my creative process through every step, and I find great joy in not only the process of creating, but also sharing with others and learning their own stories! Although I'm a bit shy and have a difficult time making friends, I deeply cherish all my friends and connections I make, and sincerely love sharing my vibrant and overactive imagination with whomever fancies to listen. My ultimate goal with this project is to create and curate a special place for daydreamers like me, to share their creative endeavors, escape from reality, and indulge in the enchanting, nostalgic joy of creating fanciful tales.

I'm a hobbyist digital artist based Southern California with nearly 15 years experience in drawing, 10 years of which digitally, and 6 years working with clients to make their fantastic ideas a reality. I'm always working hard and studying to continue growing and improving my skills! Flutteryfae is a new, more cohesive project to streamline my aesthetic and business in the hopes of becoming a professional someday! Terms of service

ordering a commission is contigent upon agreement to the following terms and conditions.
failure to adhere to the terms and conditions stated will result in being blacklisted.

general terms

• Before submitting a request, the client must read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated. Failure to agree and adhere will result in the request being cancelled and the possibility of the client being blacklisted depending upon the situation.• All commissions, digital downloadable content, designs, artwork, and so forth created by me are protected under United States Copyright laws (U.S. Code, Title 17) and legal action will be taken to ensure the rights to my work remain with me and my clients.• I retain the rights to any works I create unless otherwise stated or agreed upon prior.• I retain the right to use any works created as promotional content, advertising, and display, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon prior.• I retain the right to use my works for digital downloadable content and physical goods such as stickers, prints, posters, apparel, accessories, and so forth.• I retain the right to refuse to offer service to anyone, and I am not obligated to disclose the reason why.• Redistribution of digital downloadable content will result in a permanent blacklist and legal action will be taken against both the redistributor and recipients.• I can cancel and refund an order if I find the request or client too difficult to work with at any time.• I will only accept orders if the client is over the age of 18.• Under no circumstances may any of my work be used for artificial intelligence, machine learning, non-fungible tokens, and so forth.

ordering process

• Requests are processed through google forms and email only, I do not accept new requests through direct messages on any website.• Requests are only processed when commissions are open. If you have an idea you'd like to share with me, but I'm closed and you would like to be considered for when I'm accepting new requests, please email me and I'll process your request in the next commission batch.• Requests not filed under the proper form will be deleted. Please ensure the form is for the correct commission type and fully filled out before submitting your request.• If your request is deleted, you will be notified, and have the chance to correct and resubmit your request before the form closure.• Delivery is not guaranteed by a certain date or deadline unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.• Frequent contact is necessary to ensure the client is satisfied with the completed work. At certain stages of completion approval is necessary before advancing in the project.• Due to my full-time job as a caregiver and my chronic illness, work hours can very greatly. Business hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 12 pm PST to 8 pm PST, although these hours are subject to change at any time.• Wait time for delivery can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending upon my health. If you can not wait 6 months, do not request a commission.• I retain the right to deny any request from anyone without disclosing the reason why. If it makes me uncomfortable, I won't do it.• I can generally draw most things. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask me. Some general guidelines:

  • Fetish body types (hyper, giantism, inflation, extreme size difference, etc)

  • Certain kinks/fetishes

  • Explicit NSFW

All cirumstances listed are up to the artist's interpretation and comfort, and is not up for debate.

• If your request has been accepted, an email will be sent to you notifying you using the provided contact information in the form.• Following the commission acceptance email being sent, you will have 7 days to respond. If 7 days elapse and communication has not been established, the request will be canceled.• Canceled requests can be refiled during the next commission opening.

payment process

payment

• All prices listed are in USD unless stated otherwise.• I am not responsible for any additional fees incurred outside of my own invoice. Please budget accordingly.• I only accept payment via PayPal or Stripe. I will not accept payment via any other method.• Commissions priced $250 and higher are subject to review for payment plans no longer than 4 weeks if requested by the client.• All payment plans require a down payment of at least 25%, which is non-refundable.

invoicing

• Once communication, payment method, and price has been discussed and agreed upon, an invoice will be drafted and sent to the specified address provided in the request form, and an email will also be sent to notify the client that the invoice has been sent.• Once invoice is drafted and sent, the client will have no greater than 72 hours to pay in full unless otherwise agreed upon prior. Failure to pay in full after the 72 hour timeframe has elapsed, the order will be canceled. Any funds not amounting to the full cost that were sent during the 72 hour window will be returned to the address they were sent from in the event of cancellation.• I do not start work until I am payed in full. This includes requests approved for payment plans.

additional fees

• All prices listed are starting prices. Additional details, characters, etc will incur an additional fee and will be discussed with the client prior to invoicing.• Highly detailed or complicated designs are subject to an additional complexity fee at the artist's digression.• Deadlines will incur a fee beginning at $25. Price may increase depending upon the time frame and commission specifics.• Minor changes are free, but major changes will incur an additional fee, up to the artist's discretion.• Commercial work will incur an additional fee. If you'd like to use your commission commercially (promotional content, merchandise, etc) please state so in your form and fees will be discussed depending upon the request.• Private commissions will incur an additional fee depending upon the request and commission type.

refunds

• All Chargebacks result in an instant blacklist. Legal action will be taken against the client to recover any funds I am rightfully owed. I do not tolerate theft.• Refunds will be offered in full to clients who request it if the artwork is still in the sketching phase.• Partial refunds 50% are offered once past the sketch stage based on the work I have completed, and are not offered once I have finished the lineart. Do not request a refund if the order has passed the lineart phase.• I do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the result of the commission, as I send WIPs at every stage of the commission. It is the client's responsibility to communicate clearly what they expect during the preliminary phases.• You may not use a refund as "credit" towards another order (i.e. swapping out one commission type for another).• Down payments are non-refundable. Do not submit a request if you can not budget for it properly.• Preclaimed adoptables and YCHs are non-refundable.

commission process

• Once payment has been received in full, I begin on the order.• Due to my health and my job, my hours can vary, but are typically Monday through Thursday, 12-8pm PST.• Commissions can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete. Please be aware of this timeframe when asking for updates.• I typically work on my queue in order of payment completion, but may work non-chronologically to avoid art block from time to time.• Any and all updates that clients receive are also posted to my Trello publicly.• The client will receive a rough sketch/thumbnail to establish their ideas. Any and all feedback is welcome at this point, and I'll make as many changes as needed. Clients typically receive 1-2 thumbnails.• Once approval is received for the thumbnail, the commission will advance into the sketch phase.• The client will receive a clean, readable sketch, corrections will be made if necessary until approval.• Once approval is received for the sketch, the commission will advance into the lineart phase. Only partial refunds are available at this point if requested. Minor-mid changes are allowed. WIPs are sent often during this phase.• Once lineart is complete and approval is received, the commission will advance into the color phase. Refunds are no longer available at this point. This is the longest phase, and many WIPs are sent.• Flat colors will be sent to the client for approval, then I begin shading/rendering. WIPs are still being sent.• Once shading/rendering is done, the client will be sent a final WIP for approval.• Once approval is received, the client will receive the completed commission, a transparent version, and an unedited version in a .zip file or in a Google drive folder, and the order will be marked as completed.

client guidelines

• You may repost anywhere with proper credit and watermark for personal use.• You may edit, crop, draw-over, recolor, etc., so long as the watermark remains proper credit is given, and it's for personal use.• You may reproduce for personal use.• Design credit is mandatory and may not be transferred to another designer/owner, even if changes are made to the original design.
• Any changes to the design are permitted so long as the design remains credited to me.• Explicit permission is required before the design is resold or traded, regardless of where the exchange is occurring.• Designs may not be sold for profit. The resale value should be equal to or less than the original selling price unless additional artwork is purchased following the transfer date.• Designs that have been traded lose all monetary value unless additional artwork is added following the transfer date.• Digital downloadable content's watermark may not be removed, but may be moved or edited so long as it remains visible and legible.• Digital downloadable content may be used for personal use or commercial use with the proper license purchase.• Any digital downloadable content may not be resold or redistributed. Legal action will be taken against the redistributors and the recipients.• You may not add any additional conditions to my artwork or designs that usurp my own rights.

Blacklist

This is not an invitation to harass any users listed. I personally do not want to interact with them or for them to interact with me. Please do not sell these users my designs, purchase commission slots for them, attempt to discuss with me about why they're blacklisted, or otherwise mention these users to me, or mention me to these users, respectfully.
